ACN Technologies (as it is now known) began back in the late 1980\u2019s as a Systems Integration consulting firm, formed by a software engineer by the name of Richard Cole. <\/p>\n

In 1992, as the result of business\u2019 demand for information integration, the consultancy moved toward becoming a service bureau, and OPTIMIS was born (OPTical Imaging Management Information System).<\/p>\n
